Standard Property Check
(Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly)
Standard property check includes: a complete perimeter inspection of the property, dwelling, and outbuildings; report of any exterior debris, damage, or irregularities; all ground level windows and doors are confirmed to be closed and locked; walkthrough of dwelling; report any thermostat irregularity, evidence of leaks, intrusion, etc.

‘Per Call’
Our standard property check, performed only at your specific request. Ideal for the investment homeowner who typically does their own property checks throughout the winter, but would like to have a back-up plan in the event they cannot make a scheduled visit, We keep your information and key on file, and are available within a day’s notice.

Post Storm
Our standard property check, performed as per the discretion of Rainbow International, in the event of significant weather conditions. Including, but not limited to, substantial rain, snow, wind, flooding, etc. this plan automatically gives you the option for ‘per call’ property checks, as your information will be on file.

Humidity Readings
A thermal hygrometer is used to measure the air temperature and relative humidity inside your dwelling. Any abnormalities can indicate a potential problem with your HVAC system, humidification unit, or a potential moisture problem.

Moisture Readings
Moisture meters are used in specific areas (i.e. sub floor, sill plates) in various locations in the home to measure the moisture content of structural materials. Irregularities suggest the presence of a leak, problematic condensation, or water intrusion.

Attic & Crawl Space checks
Accessible spaces, especially the perimeter, are checked for any visible sign of leaks, insect damage, or wildlife intrusion. Special attention paid to any known problem areas, as well as moisture readings as needed.

Annual Home Assessments
A thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of dwelling, outbuildings, and other permanent structures, looking for any preventative, maintenance, or corrective issues of structural, safety, or aesthetic nature. This is a very helpful service, especially for a rental property, and can be as limited or detailed as desired; Includes moisture readings and a documented report of findings.

Project Monitoring & Reporting
If you will be having a an interior or exterior project done on your property during the winter months while you will be away, and would like frequent updates and photographs, we will provide them at whatever frequency you request.

Email Notification • Documentation
It is our standard policy to contact the property owner following a property check only in the event of any irregularities with the property. At your request, however, we will provide documentation of each visit, as well as email notification following the check.
