Company History
In 2002, Lee Kuhlberg purchased Avalon Carpet Care. Although the business had been thriving for almost 30 years, he sought to offer a more extensive scope of services to his clients.
He decided to purchase a regional contract of Rainbow International, a water, fire, and mold remediation company. The international affiliation provided a network of the latest technology, equipment, and expertise available to the restoration and cleaning industries.
While our services were becoming more diversified, Lee felt there were still a few things missing. He sought out the experience of a friend who brought more than six years of real estate sales and management to the table, Tadhg Campbell. In 2007, Lee and Tadhg established Peermont Services Group, addressing the property management and janitorial needs of property owners on Seven Mile Beach, as well as filling in some of the gaps of services not yet offered by our other companies.
Independently, all three companies were flourishing. Logistically though, Lee and Tadhg saw great potential in merging the three companies into one. In 2008, Rainbow International Restoration and Cleaning arose, allowing all home maintenance tasks to be handled efficiently, from one location, and to offer the most comprehensive source for residential and commercial property management, cleaning, and restoration services.
